Max Berger: Restricting workers' access to ballot boxes as Amazon did was extraordinary. They spent so much money per worker on fighting the union--it shows how tilted the field is against us.

Max Berger: There was some remarkable coverage of the fight for a union in AL, & I think a lot of people under 40 or 45 may not have been aware of what was involved in trying to vote in a union.

Max Berger: I don't want to pretend what the RWDSU folks are planning for their next campaign; I know the Teamsters would like to organize Amazon, too. Workers in several different industries will have to worry about the impact Amazon has on them.
