Justice Rao: An officer Vaibhav Bajaj is sought to be released from ED. The applicant is working as a deputy director on deputation. From 27.11.2018 court directed that no supervising officer should be removed who are in coal block cases.
Justice Rao: the applicant has completed the tenure of the deputation which was extended periodically. he is now appointed as private secretary in ministry of health. considering the averments, we permit the applicant to join the new position. Application disposed off
