@India_NHRC asked to forward a copy of the report to Court in sealed cover if it feels matter is delicate
The NHRC had closed its suo motu case in the matter in Oct 2018, observing that State is giving sufficient compensation and taken other steps to restore normalcy in the district. However, petitioner highlighted that the NHRC has not disclosed its investigation report.
