Since last few days there has been a concerted effort by a few Hindutva warriors to besmirch #RSS reputation with incomplete or false news no evidence. I do not know the purpose. But, it confuses people who don’t know enough or read enough. 1/n

Yesterday a news was shared claiming RSS disowning a book by Shri Guruji in 2006. I comprehensively proved that Guruji himself had disowned the book in 1950s with reference.2/n

Today a thread in twitter claims that certain people with #RSS connections are planning deletion or modification of #Hindu scriptures. In its 96 year history, there is NOT ONE evidence of RSS having ever asked for modification of any holy scripture. Even #VHP hasn’t done it. 3/n

There may be some purists who would objected to Shri Guruji personally working hard to pass resolutions in #VHP session that said, ‘All Hindus are brothers, no one is ‘fallen’ or untouchable. It was supported by Shankaracharyas too. 4/n

#RSS and #VHP worked silently, tirelessly for inclusive Hindu dharma, requesting Dharma Gurus to work for social harmony, and they did. It worked to bring together various mathams, sampradayas on common platforms. 5/n

#VHP worked for training priests from Scheduled Caste and Tribes community, also women for dharmic rituals. Shri Guruji drew ire of Karpatri maharaj for politely refusing to ask swayamsevaks to follow varnashram dharma. He requested him to try experiment on his devotees first.6/n

There is no use wasting our energies on criticising #RSS and other forces allied with it. Many swayamsevaks have created new organisations when they felt their ideas were not getting attention of RSS. They were welcomed and their organisations owned as own. 7/n

#VHP had passed a resolution for Hindu Temples’s freedom. It has reiterated it again last week. #RSS has always supported it, passed resolutions. It has welcomed & supported every organisation in this mission. So, lets stay together and stop wasting energies please. 🙏🏽8/n

These are my views based on my study of #RSS. Thanks. I would try not to respond to any such insinuations and abuses, false news from now on. All of us have better positive things to do in our own way for the society. I respect all. N/n
