Villach - Rosenbach on the Austrian side has a Taktfahrplan (trains pretty much every hour)
It's a little messier on the Slovenian side, but there's pretty much a train every hour Jesenice-Ljubljana as well

Sure, improved infra is nice, but how about running every second train from Rosenbach the little extra through to Jesenice? Or is this planned and just not happening yet?

(oh and to pre-empt the trainsplaining - the pic in the story is a รBB 4024 EMU. It can run on 15kV and 25kV, and *not* on Slovenian 3kV - you can run Austrian 15kV rolling stock as far as Jesenice! de.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%96BB_โฆ )
