So now let's talk about the email that was sent to (some) MN daycare providers last summer (2020) and the Make a Plan, MN paperwork.

Emails were sent asking if providers had spots for 24/7 care for several weeks - for children "exposed" to the virus. Note this is/was in 👇

The forms mimic daycare enrollment forms. These forms are to be passed off to a care provider, so it makes sense. Until you see the questions about:

Custody information / Advanced directives / Orders of protection / Delegation of Parental Authority

(Remember, these are forms for people who will be caring for a few days for your children) Page 6 asks you to *attach* these forms.

Notice how they use a person from they had "determined to have been in China" as the example. (interesting)

I have also included the penalties for not following the order, but one cannot imagine they would be a bit more harsh.

Here is Minnesota Quarantine statutes, including an Ex Parte law. (Which means they can place you in quarantine without your consent and prior knowledge)

Again, these laws give MDH a lot of wiggle room as do the federal laws "reasonably suspected"

The MN Gov Emergency powers may have ended, but the MN Legislation did not do anything to change the law. Tim can still declare an emergency anytime he wants to.

In this law he can:
•send anyone to an "indoctrination program"
•Place someone in quarantine for refusing the juice
•require you to give up your property
•allow mass burials which brings up my next point 👇

Hennepin Cty is looking for a #Quarantine isolation site lead(s) for various sites around Bloomington and #Minneapolis.

Sites will be shared with interested candidates.

The Gov of Tennessee has signed EO# 83 (8/6/2021) which includes the construction of quarantine/Isolation facilities.

(Right now, a lot of parents are openly protesting mask requirements in school in TN. FYI)
