@RepRashida ‘s 7/22/21 letter to @SecYellen has a tone, an approach, & a number of claims worth considering bc they reflect weaknesses in the #Islamist interests it represents. This affects US foreign policy; the upcoming ‘22 election; & the politics

of the UN.

The tone is one of desperation; the approach is to use a US #Palestinian-American Congresswoman to front #Islamist assertions about US DOMESTIC & International Law in order to illegally derail the Executive Branch’s Middle East policy. This affects the ‘22 elections

bc, in combination w/Biden Administration withdrawal from Afghanistan, re-habilitation of the flawed #UNRWA, re-funding the PA despite the PA’s publicly declared continuation of #PayforSlay , re-habilitating Gaza w/0 penalty for Hamas, whom the US designated as a terrorist org

& highly visible anti-Israel moves among multiple Democrats surrounding the May conflict w/Hamas, the Republicans have abundant opportunity to paint the Biden Adm & the Dem Party as weak & morally bankrupt. If, as many project, the Biden Adm also withdraws its remaining forces

from Iraq & Syria; continues its posture of fighting the covid pandemic only by begging Americans to voluntarily get vaccinated instead of also requiring vaccination, starting in the armed forces & all medical facilities; continues to assert “over-the-horizon” basing in Jordan is

sufficient to ensure stability in the Middle East; & continues to assert #Palestinians who IN FACT break International Law on a consistent basis by using child warriors, training their children for war in summer camp, sending children as young as 5 to attack soldiers, paying the

population as little as $83 per child, educating the population for #Jew #hate & #jihad against Israel, the US’s only reliable ally in the Middle East, routinely use human shields, aim rockets & missiles at civilians, steal foreign aid for war & leaders’ personal enrichment

& constantly advance propaganda full of lies

for the Biden Adm & Dem Party to continue to assert that Palestinians are equally worthy of a state

when the UN Charter clearly states that candidates for statehood must demonstrate peaceful intentions

while Pals remain committed to jihad

leaves the Biden Adm & the Democrats open to Republican challenge.

The desperation in Tlaib’s letter concerns her assertion of “peremptory norms”
when these have already been preempted by multiple Arab states,& the Palestinians’ Islamist

allies are faltering. Tlaib asserts that even the appearance of the US condoning Israel’s lawful appropriation of territory granted to it in multiple International Laws violates the IC’s legal fiction of “Occupied Palestinian Territory.” This, while the Palestinians, w/EU

collusion, are violating Oslo to illegally appropriate in Area C. Tlaib appears to be arguing that she, as a House member not even serving on the Foreign Affairs committee, has the power to demand the WH adhere to these “norms” based on Churches for ME Peace compilation of past

Administration’s positions & a 2004 position of the compromised ICC, which multiple governments, including the US, have rejected. Both the Trump Adm & the Biden Adm have supported the position, as President Reagan did, that the US 1978 decision that Israeli settlements are

illegally occupied WAS A POLITICAL DECISION ONLY & HAS NO BASIS IN INTERNATIONAL LAW.

This change in approach knocks the pins out of over 40 years of #Pallywood #Propaganda.

No matter how many times Tlaib & her cohorts repeat “illegally occupied Palestinian territory” or use

settlers & settlements as dirty words, this approach now falls on deaf ears: Israeli settlements are lawful, Israeli settlers are doing what International & Israeli law & the Torah permit, if not require.

It is not an accident that Tlaib attacks Amb Friedman & Treasury. Not only

did/does Amb Friedman support Israeli application of its lawful sovereignty over Judea & Samaria, but he presided over the Abraham Accords. These peace plans decisively broke Palestinians’ decades-long veto power over Arab-Israeli relations, holding Arab states hostage to

Pal-led jihad to destroy Israel.

Further, the states that made peace w/Israel when Amb. Friedman was in office, with strong Saudi support, have also abandoned their Islamist position re: Judaism, Islam, & Israel. Led by KSA, they are now advancing the narrative that the real

Al Aqsa Mosque is in KSA, that the 7th c. Arab declaration of Jerusalem as the 3rd holiest mosque to Islam was just #propaganda in service to the 7th c. Arab #conquest, & that, as the #Koran says, Allah gave Israel to the Jews.

This leaves Palestinians & their supporters, who

claim Israel has no right to exist, no where to go. The”peremptory norms”
have been decisively shattered by the main stake-holders of Sunni Islam, 85% of the Islamic world. The Palestinians’ major patron, Iran, self-declared leader of 15% of the Islamic world, the Shi’a, is

literally & figuratively under water: parts of its empire drowning in flood due to IRGC land mismanagement, the rest drowning in debt, due to US sanctions, the Treasury Dept.’s SWIFT banking restrictions, IRGC’s economic plunder of its Iraqi, Lebanese, Venezuelan, &

Syrian cash cows, & Trump Adm sanctions, which the Biden Adm has only partially dismantled. In addition, Iran is suffering more challenges to its regime with Iranian protests in 90 cities, some calling for the end of both Khamenei’s regime & the Ayatollahs. While the regime

still has a monopoly on weapons, the mullahs’ hold on power appears more uncertain than ever.

This affects @POTUS ‘s JCPOA negotiations. KSA & Abraham Accords states limit Palestinians’ ability to derail Arab-Israeli relations & Iran’s ability to use the Palestinians as

leverage in JCPOA & other MENA pressure politics. Iran’s weakness & Arab states’ rejection of Islamism hampers UN “humanitarian” politics re: numerous issues, some beyond MENA. For example, China, who presides over the UNSC & called 3 emergency sessions during the May

Israeli-Hamas conflict, pressing the SC to unanimously condemn Israel, although Hamas was the clear aggressor & violator of International Law, is now threatened by the Taliban in the Xinjiang province.

It is in the US interest to encourage China to reject the “peremptory norms”

Tlaib asserts in order to preserve stability among Uyghurs; Islamist powers should be rejected, not awarded increased status, for China’s sake as well as for the Middle East’s.
