If it relieves minds: No, before God, none of us have ever been a party to an abortion, nor even a miscarriage.

3/14 In fact, Dr. James Sells and his administration continued daytime application of pesticides for years, even after students' injuries - because the University did not want to appear at fault and "increase their risk of liability."

4/14 In fact, the Sells administration continued to hire the same applicator - even after a student at a nearby @MissouriState was blinded in an outdoor application and a #SBUniv student was disabled in a *second* exposure.

5/14 Court records confirm, the uncertified applicator was:

*a high school dropout.

*with no formal education in #pesticides or #entomology.

*not certified until over a year after the worst reported poisoning.

*incorrect, believing there are 64 oz. in a gallon (there are 128); thus, concentrations were *twice* the label requirements. [depos, pg 103]

*uneducated on the rate of application, confusing a milliliter with an ounce! [depos, pg 125]

*erroneouly under the impression that there is no hazard to spraying [now-banned] pesticides on baseboards unless you "get down and touch it, in spite of the volatility of solvents under pressure ." [depos, pg 139]

8/14 The uncertified applicator testified:

*that he used a full baseboard, perimeter application around of the science building & admin building hallway - violating federal law (as it is against labeling instructions). [depos, pgs 19-22, 30-35]

*that he sprayed dormitories with kids present, yet admitted the diazinon label does not permit use when people are present. [depos, pg 174]

*he did not know what was in diazinon, nor what xylene was. [depos, pg. 201]

10/14 The Manager states:

*that all three [toxic] pesticides used at the college are "non-toxic" to "people unless they lick the baseboards."

*that he is unaware of spray drift and volatility problems and never heard of IPM [depos, pg. 230].

11/14 A QUICK REMINDER:

The SBU trustees and @mobaptists (owners & operators) has access to this information and choose to misinform students, their families, staff, townspeople, Missouri and Southern Baptists, federal, state, and local officials.

For years. Repeatedly.

12/14 With the assistance of churches and local pastors, city & county officials, and attorneys (who were also SBU's attorneys), SBU persists *to this day* with intimidations, threats, and slanders towards victims, their families, and friends - esp. the ill, injured, or disabled.
