The antiepileptic medication and two benzodiazepines I was prescribed did little for seizure prevention, it just reduced the severity to petit mal and focal.
These medications made me extremely rage full, homicidal, and suicidal. My body felt like they were poison, so I tapered myself off all three individually. (Do not do this if you have epilepsy)
I began to manage the seizures with megadose magnesium, theanine, inositol, and various herbal medicines, which eliminated them entirely.

Then I implemented the ketogenic diet and felt back to 100%.
With all of these factors including daily sunlight exposure, exercise, and pranayama, I’ve cured the epilepsy altogether via neurogenesis and intentionally altered epigenetics.
I have zero triggers, I can eat as many carbs as I please, and even if I skip days with magnesium (no longer really consume any of the same herbs except on occasion), zero seizures or auras.

Never seen any beings remotely similar to this in all of my ayahuasca, psilohuasca, or DMT experiences.

Must really have to be mentally and spiritually weak, which unfortunately, most in Western culture are.
I have during psychosis, and often fed into the visions because I was so disconnected and sick. It is quite simple to discern between the two. I was born into this though.

But not with the sacred medicines, especially since resolving the schizophrenia.
My grandmother and best friend are the two I see and speak with often, always guiding me towards my highest path.

I’ve spent enough time in this space that I’ve established my own internal kingdom that I can return to at will.

Start thinking of terms of staying in motion.

Instead of parking nearby the entrance to stores, park much further away so you’re forced to walk.

Take the stairs instead of elevator or escalator.

Bodyweight exercises while you’re waiting in line.
Then of course diet.
Eliminate the inflammatory triggers outlined in the quoted tweet, stick to whole food sources.

Meal prep on your days off if you need to.

Perhaps fast instead of grabbing that bite at that fast food spot.

Select better options if you do stop by the fast food spot.

Really should get it inspected, but… (not medical advice, purely informational)

As much sun as you can tolerate, must get 30-60 min at sunrise and sunset.
Reduce time spent inside and on screens, eliminate all artificial light and screen time after sunset. Use blue light blockers when you do use screens or use them outside.
Lots of seafood (preferably raw), bone broth, and kefir. Adapt to your own diet. Eliminate refined sucrose, bread/pasta/cereals/pastries, alcohol, industrialized vegetable/seed oils. Ensure nutritional surplus with all micronutrients.

Aside from micronutrients, vegetables serve many other purposes such as active constituents to mitigate the impact of byproducts created from cooking meats…
soluble and insoluble fiber to nourish gut bacteria that aren’t nourished with meats/eggs/seafood/dairy and binding wastes/toxins excreted via biliary route and common metabolism, and antioxidant compounds such as IP6, for example.

“Why can’t I talk to people without a panic attack?”

Look at your diet and light environment. Lifting weights don’t hurt either.
You’ve likely been eating poison most of your life if you were born in the last generation or two.
Fortunate news is you can change all of it if you just start today.
