#Taliban spokesman:
"At least one civilian was killed& two others were injured in a fire that broke out in a minibus& resulted in an #explosion, in Dasht-e-Barchi area of #Kabul's PD18 late today."
Note: Barchi is a Hazara/#Shia settled area of Kabul City.
Photos from the incident scene& a list of casualties received by a nearby hospital showing that the #explosion against a civilian minivan in Hazara-dominated area of #Kabul City today, was a deadly incdent.

According to @1TVNewsAF tweet, Hamid Saighani, a former Ariana TV employee& Habib Yousefi, an e-ID Card office employee, were among those killed in yesterday's #explosion in Dasht-e Barchi of #Kabul City. The exact number of casualties is not yet known.
There are a lot of fake news, misinformation& disinformation nowadays in (social) media about #AFG as there is no strong coverage of news by trusted media, due to TB govt.
While @1TVNewsAF& many other sources reported yesterday that Hamid Saighani was killed in Kabul explosion...
...now @ArianaNews_ reported that "Hamid Saighani, a former editor of Ariana News, died mysteriously in Kabul yesterday at 2 pm (before the explosion time).
Saighani's family did not say how he was died, but his wife confirmed his death on her FB page."
#ISKP claimed responsibility for Saturday's #explosion in a public transportation minivan in Shia-dominated area of #Kabul.
"20 Rafidah polytheists (#Shias) were killed& wounded in twin explosions by the Caliphate soldiers in Kabul," ISKP statement reads.

#ISKP statement further reads that 2 magnetic bombs were detonated in two vehicles of Shias in Dasht-e Barchi area of Kabul, that resulted in killing/wounding of 20 people, incl. a journalist working for pro-tyrants media.

Note: According to media, only one vehicle was targeted.

#Taliban didn't comment on operation against ISKP in Kandahar yet.
The photos of the dead bodies of alleged ISKP members, killed by the TB in Kandahar, are horrific& I am not going to publish it here.
In mid-October, ISKP claimed a deadly attack against a Shia mosque in Kandahar.

#Explosion in west of #Kabul...
Today's #explosion in #Kabul took place near Ariana Kabul Wedding Hall in Kota-e Sangi area, PD5. While the target of explosion is not clear yet, the casualties are mainly civilians.

Taliban's Ministry of Interior spokesman, Qari Saeed Khosti, told state-run Bakhtar News Agency that today morning, a civilian vehicle was targeted with magnetic bomb in Kota-e Sangi area of Kabul's PD5, injuring two civilians.

#IEA Council of Ministers in its 9th meeting made the following decisions:
* A delegation from the #security ministries&Ministry for Propagation of Virtue&the Prevention of Vice  was tasked to investigate the complaints of national #traders& money changers& ensure their security.
* The Ministry of Agriculture has been tasked to come up with a plan to address the problems of the people in #winter season by preventing #logging & fuel shortages, with preserving forests& facilitating the transportation & use of the dry wood (#firewood for heating purposes).
* All ministries& independent agencies should carefully evaluate their relevant #laws, #decrees and #regulations of the previous government and submit to the IEA Cabinet Meeting for #review 'any part which has contradiction with the #Shariah or create administrative problems'.

"Over the past few days, there have been reports of talks between the TTP& #PAK government/army:
* There is no progress yet.
* Prisoners release is the first condition but not fulfilled yet.
* About talks, all TTP is on the same platform.
* Both parties don't confirm talks to media, for caution.
* The #IEA may be a mediator, but neutral. Even it is possible that IEA as a mujahidin movement be more in favor of TTP.
* Attempts to spoil negotiations, make it unconditional& to prove it failed, are already neutralized.
* TTP will definitely not hold unconditional or non-Sharia talks, inshallah."

The @indypersian provided some details about the mysteriously killing of 4 women in #Mazar-e Sharif.
They were allegedly decepted by unknown people disguised as representatives of a human rights organization. The victims were promised evacuation from #AFG.

Engineer Abdul Rahman Safi, father of a victim, #Ferozan_Safi, says that his daughter left home with travel documents at 2pm on Wednesday, October 27, after receiving a call. She told her family members that she was going to go abroad with the help of a human rights organization.
"Two hours after Ferozan left the house, her contacts with us were cut off," said Mr. Safi, as reported by @indypersian. "During the search for her, when we went to the city's central hospital, we found her body there, with signs of multiple bullets."

No comment from #IEA yet.
