This includes looking at product-market fit indicators and iterating your #solution. If you’ve nailed the pain and know what are leading indicators of #PMF - this stage is actually easier than perceived.
“Who are the people who are going to execute on this thing, as it’s obviously working?”
This includes sharing all the #knowledge you’ve acquired (hopefully documented and structured) to talented #people to help you exploit the gold mine you’ve discovered.
4. Big company stage. Why?
“Why does our company exist?”
Most of #startups don’t get there as they get #acquired. But when startups grow into a big company at the pace like #Amazon or #Facebook - this question becomes very important for #founders and #CEOs.
