Ukrainian sources released a video purportedly of a #Russian officer from the city of Ulan-Ude who was commanding a unit of BM-27 Uragan Multiple-launch rocket systems, and who surrendered after realizing what his unit was doing.
These types of units have been shelling Ukrainian cities with massive volleys of rockets.

The Ukrainian Center for strategic communication warns that a list of Russian "sabotage and recon" members circulated on social media is actually being distributed by Russia, and includes actual Ukrainian security officers. Those lists are meant to create further confusion
The center says Ukrainian authorities do not circulate the actual data they may have on the identity of members of sabotage and recon groups that #Russia uses.

(I am not sure "without compromises" is the best translation for "sans compromis" in French)
26 people were killed in today's bombardment of Chernihiv.
Another video from Enerhodar, which seems to confirm Russian shelling hit the barricades made by local residents to block access to the city, or their vicinity.
Russian tank abandoned after clashes in an undisclosed location - journalist who filmed it claims the column was manned by Chechens
The "logic" behind it is that whoever stays is a "combatant", hence #Russia can level entire neighborhoods.

#Ukraine's intelligence shows significant aerial activity in #Belarus, as well as the movement of supply convoys of ammunitions and food
This is because this city, which is just a few kilometers away has been resisting since the very first day of the Russian offensive.
#Russia's failure to capture it is also one of the key elements explaining the relatively limited advances in the east/center. I think Russia expected that the city would quickly fall, the Sumy-Kharkiv line being broken, which would lead advances towards Dnipro.
Russia had amassed a significant force opposite Kharkiv, but the city still holds, which is key to the broader Ukrainian ability to delay the Russian advances, and avoid being dealt a killing blow.
I see some people mentioning thermobaric. This does not look like a thermobaric weapon to me and thermobaric weapons used by Russia are fired in volleys.
This rather compares to a Beirut blast-type explosion (which is not better). Lots of explosives detonated at once by an initial detonation.
The #Russian ministry of defense said that it will strike facilities belonging to the #Ukrainian security service, and the 72d center of special operations in Kyiv, claiming that those are responsible for cyber attacks.
