I was not able to confirm this (unsurprisingly) but yesterday there were reports that a Ukrainian force carried out an attack behind enemy lines, in the village of Dytyatky, near Chernobyl, taking aim at the command post of #Russia's Eastern Military District forces.

Ukrainian sources released a video purportedly of a #Russian officer from the city of Ulan-Ude who was commanding a unit of BM-27 Uragan Multiple-launch rocket systems, and who surrendered after realizing what his unit was doing.

Russian media also confirms that an agreement was reached on humanitarian corridors for the exit of civilians.

The "logic" behind it is that whoever stays is a "combatant", hence #Russia can level entire neighborhoods.

BTW, after the separatist message in Mariupol and claim that a "corridor" was set up, they did exactly that and started massively bombing the city.
