This morning, #Russian forces shelled a residential building in Rubizhne, in the Donbass killing three including two children according to the head of the Luhansk administration 
The Kyiv city administration also reports that several buildings were hit by shelling this morning in the Shevchenkivskyi and Sviatoshynskyi districts of Kyiv. Four people were wounded in the Shevchenkivskyi district
A spokesperson for the Odessa military administration claims that Colonel Alexey Sharov of the 810th Separate Guards Marine Brigade was killed in Mariupol (this is a claim, I would not consider this to be confirmed).
The 810th "Order of Zhukov" marine brigade is part of the Black Sea Fleet and participated in several key Russian operations/wars, including in Georgia in 2008, and the intervention in Syria. It was given the honorary name "Guards" in recent years.

The Russian Ministry of Defense claims that separatist forces captured Verkhnotoretske near Donetsk and took control of the Novbakhmutovka train station.
The Bucha City Council also reports that Russian forces in Bucha, Irpin and Hostomel are surrounded by Ukrainian forces (I have yet to see any visual evidence so far though).

The Russian Ambassador to #Poland received a letter from the Polish Foreign Ministry notifying him that 45 Russian diplomats have been declared persona non-grata and will have to leave the country within five days.
