Occupiers forcibly deported more than 500,000 Ukrainians to Russia.

More than 500,000 Ukrainians, 121,000 of whom are children, were forcibly deported to #Russia from the temporarily occupied territories of #Ukraine.⤵

This was announced by the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN, Sergiy Kyslytsya.

"Filtration camps are integral to such relocation," Kyslytsya said.⤵

He added that about 20,000 Ukrainians are being held in filtration camps on the Mangush-Nikolske-Yalta line and about 5-7,000 in Bezimenne in the Donetsk region.

Ukrainians are sent to depressed regions of Russia - the northern regions and on the island of Sakhalin. ⤵

Russian troops continue to hold hostage sailors of three foreign cargo ships. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, these vessels have been in the #Mariupol seaport, said the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova.

The crews of the ships Smarta (Liberia flag), Blue Star I (Panama flag), and Azburg (Dominican Republic flag) are in captivity. 42 crew members and the wife of the ship Smarta captain were taken hostage in the Mariupol sea trade port.

A surviving sailor of the cruiser Moskva, sunk by the Ukrainian army, told his mother that the ship was to drop off the marines in Odesa. Radio Svoboda journalists managed to talk to the woman.

Her name is not mentioned for security reasons. She said that on April 14, she spoke on the phone with her son - a conscript sailor who served in the Moskva and survived.

The Russian troops hit at a hospital in Bashtanka of the Mykolaiv region, wounding several people, the chairman of regional council Hanna Zamazeeva reported in Facebook.

"Several people were wounded. The dialysis department and the admissions office were destroyed; the operating room is without double-glazed windows now. Thank God, in Bashtanka, nobody died, and no children were injured.
