The absence of Gen. #Dvornikov in the #Izium HQ at the moment of the #Ukrainian attack yesterday may be explained by the intel info that he's busy preparing the other offensive - on Kryvyi Rih industrial hub, the native city of @ZelenskyyUa. [Thread⬇️]
[2] The Russians - masters of "maskirovka" - for a long time diverted public attention away from their preparations for the major offensive on Kryvyi Rih. According. to the Gen. Staff of UAF, they've formed an assault formation in this direction & launched the artillery attack.
[3] According to Gen. Staff of UAF, the Russian artillery is currently shelling and trying to clear the direction for their offensive on Kryvyi Rih in areas of the #Kherson province villages of Osokorivka, Trudoliubivka, and Kniazevka.

UPDATE - Yesterday's #Ukraine attack on the Rus. HQ in #Izium was designed to liquidate the high-value target - chief of Gen. Staff of RAF Gen. Valeriy Gerasimov. The Kremlin sent him to get a victory for the May 9 parade. Gerasimov was close to the blast but wounded. [Thread⬇️]
[2] Yesterday, at the moment of the #Ukraine attack more than 40 high-ranked Russian military officers gathered in the HQs in #Izium. Reportedly, up to 20 of them are confirmed killed incl. Gen. Andrey Simonov, a commander of electronic warfare forces of the West district.

[3] Second, Russian MoD dismissed the Lt. Gen. Vladislav Ershov from the post of a commander of the 6th Army. He's arrested for more than 2,000 killed Russian troops, incl. 180 conscripts who should not be sent to war in #Ukraine according to Russian law.

BREAKING - The #Ukraine state enterprise EnergoAtom reports that the #Russian Army units that captured the defunct #Chernobyl nuclear power plant are leaving the plant in two convoys of about 100 vehicles to #Belarus. [Thread⬇️]
