2/ New Laws are required NOT REQUIRED to be cleared by any Judicial Committee to examine how many more judges and staff will be needed to deal with cases under new proposed law.
3/ Finance Minister is NOT REQUIRED to provide budget for salaries of judges who may be required to deal with new litigation arising from new law. #lawyers
4/ The governments of various States have no dedicated police force to provide protection to judges and lawyers who may have to deal with mighty criminals.
5/ Lawyers and Judges are very silent when they have to speak about their own rights. They are vocal about everything else.
6/ Self Regulatory mechanism exists for lawyers but for judges, no such self regulatory body is seen.
7/ Political parties see no vote banks of litigants, lawyers or Judges. So no political party have any plans to improve legal system in India.
8/ Judges are from lawyers. But they do not take much interest in problems of lawyers. They consider such problem as ‘their problems’. They prefer to keep distance from lawyers and their issues of self regulation.
9/ Young lawyers want to improve the legal system but neither they have resources nor they have knowledge as to how to go about it.
10/ If I were a young lawyer today, I would have written to Chief Justices of Supreme Courts of various countries of world. I would have wrote that I have no strong friends except them. And then I would have requested them to help us in improving legal system in India #lawtwitter
