Intentionally causing ASYSTOLE with ADENOSINE to assist with Clipping of Cerebral Aneurysms

Source: AA Abla. Adenosine is useful in intraop ruptures as well.

Other Measures to soften cerebral aneurysms include rapid ventricular pacing and deep hypothermic arrest with bypass.
