Cortez Emilio Richardson got the contract to provide security to @LinaHidalgoTX because he worked for a separate Private Investigation Firm who has decades of doing business with #HarrisCounty.

They talked to the contacts & was able to install XMI LLC (Xtra Mile Investigations.
The other Private Investigation company didn’t want to harm their business in case it made noise in the media or public. @LinaHidalgoTX @AdrianGarciaHTX and @RodneyEllis knew about this 💯Percent.
