LCAT is a validated tool. Causality assessment was further confirmed by Lareb: lareb.nl/en. Interestingly, 30% of clinicians did not adopt the pharmacogenomic recommendations - the benefit we have demonstrated would have been even greater

In the study, we looked at #ADRs from grade 2 to 5. So-called mild #ADRs are also important for patients as they affect quality of life, reduce #adherence to #medicines, and worsen #patient #outcomes. @livuninews @LivUniISMIB
Implementation is important but can be challenging. We are tackling this via the #PROGRESS study in #Manchester and #Liverpool @GeneticBill @John_H_McD @nwgmsa @JessicaKPharma1. The #NHS is a great healthcare system for whole population implementation.
