Thought Experiment:

As we rethink the future of work, I wonder if it'd be a good idea to separate the value of labor from the financial outcome/end results.

Life is short. If we could convert life/time into currency, how/where would we choose to spend it?

We need to reconsider how we value labor and distribute the "profit" if we want new talent to enter a market.

We need to rethink leadership, risks, company structures, and what fair ownership and distribution looks like, roles and responsibilities.
