Umgesetzt wird dieser Plan vom Think-Tank @SWPBerlin, der „Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik“. Der Kopf dieses US-Werkzeuges, das mit deutschen Steuergeldern finanziert wird, ist Volker Perthes.
Perthes ist mehr als ein „Berater“. Er hatte seinerzeit die Idee, mit dem Computer-Virus Stuxnet das iranische Atomprogramm zu sabotieren.
Damit beteiligte sich ein deutscher Berater der Bundesregierung an der verdeckten Kriegsführung der USA gegen ein Land, das zur BRD immer ein gutes Verhältnis hatte.

Thanks to the fantastic archive and work of trackamerc, culprits have been established and any nonsense about false flag provocation can be buried.
Trackamerc ID'd the terrorists. The groups name is Russian volunteer corps, they are part of UA territorial defense. Consist of mostly exiled Russian natsiks.

Since 2014 they have been fighting in the ranks of Azov, Only in 2022 did they became a fully fledged unit within UA.
The unit is led by former FSB natsik Ilya Bogdan. They are part of CIA "Russian partisan" OP umbrella consisting of Freedom of Russia Legion, National Republican Army and Russian volunteer corps, of which Ponomarev likes to pretend to be de facto leader of.
