Vijnan Bhairava - 112 Methods of Divine Consciousness/ Meditation Taught by Bhagwan Shiva to Mata Parvati 🧵

🕉️Our Vedic scriptures are full of metaphysical gems to understand the cosmos and creation.

🕉️ Right from the "Abhichara" of Yajurveda to "Tantra" of Shiva Purana, Linga Purana to "Tantra" of Shaiv and Shakt sampraday we have a universe of knowledge which has never been created in any other culture in the history of the mankind.

🕉️Let's dwell into the pious ocean of the conversation between Bhagwan Shiva and Parvati Mata, where Bhagwan Shiva tells Paravati Mata about 112 methods of cosmic consciousness or meditation (in layman terms).

1. Tantra - The Divine Zazen

Before we start our journey of Vijnan Bhairav Tantra, lets simplify the basic understanding of the metaphysic so the tantra, the divine knowledge of the cosmic consciousness which manifested from the conversation between Adi Purush and Aadi Shakti.

Tantra is non-philosophical and existential. So of course Devi asks questions which appear to be philosophical, but Shiva is not going to answer them that way. So it is better to understand it in the beginning; otherwise you will be puzzled, because Shiva is not going to answer a single question. All the questions that Devi is asking, Shiva is not going to answer at all. And still he answers! And really, only he has answered them and no one else – but on a different plane.

Devi asks, ”What is your reality, my lord?” He is not going to answer it. On the contrary, he will give a technique. And if Devi goes through this technique, she will know. So the answer is round-about; it is not direct. He is not going to answer ”Who am I.” He will give a technique – do it and you will know. For tantra, doing is knowing, and there is no other knowing. Unless you do something, unless you change, unless you have a different perspective to look at, to look with, unless you move in an altogether different dimension than the intellect, there is no answer. Answers can be given – they are all lies. All philosophies are lies. You ask a question and the philosophy gives you an answer. It satisfies you or doesn’t satisfy you. If it satisfies you, you become a convert to the philosophy, but you remain the same. If it doesn’t satisfy you, you go on searching for some other philosophy to be converted to. But you remain the same; you are not touched at all, you are not changed.

Tantra is not concerned with your clothes, tantra is concerned with you. If you ask a question it shows where you are. It shows also that wherever you are you cannot see; that is why there is the question. A blind man asks, ”What is light?” and philosophy will start answering what is light. Tantra will know only this: if a man is asking ”What is light?” it shows only that he is blind. Tantra will start operating on the man, changing the man, so that he can see. Tantra will not say what is light. Tantra will tell how to attain insight, how to attain seeing, how to attain vision. When the vision is there, the answer will be there. Tantra will not give you the answer; tantra will give you the technique to attain the answer.

2. Vijnan Bhairava - The divine conversation of cosmic consciousness

The Vijnana Bhairav Tantra is a Shiva Tantra, of the Kaula Trika tradition of Kashmir Shaivism, possibly authored by Guru Keyuravati first female guru of Shaiv Tantra. It is also called the Shiva Jnana Upanishad by Abhinavagupta the most famous exponent of Shaiv tantra.

The Vijnana Bhairav Tantra is framed as a discourse between Bhairava (the "fearfull one", or "the dark matter") and the goddess Bhairavi in 163 Sanskrit anuṣṭubh stanzas. It briefly presents around 112 Tantric meditation methods (yuktis) or centering techniques (dharaṇas) in very compressed form.
These practices are supposed to lead to the recognition of the true nature of Reality, the "tremendous" or "awesome" consciousness (i.e. vijnana-bhairava).

The tablets of Sumerian king list mention Rim Sin as the longest reigning king of the Sumer kingdom. He ruled for 60 years. Rim is translated as Ram in Sanskrit and Sin was their moon good. So when Rim Sin is translated it comes to be Ram Chandra.
Historians like Romila Thapar discredit Hinduism traces in other parts of the world but Cambridge encyclopedia of History gives a detailed description of the Sumerian King list and one can see how Hinduism impacted then all cultures present across the globe.

1. Jawahar Lal Nehru
Jawaharlal Nehru was educated in England at Harrow School and Trinity College, Cambridge, and trained in the law at the Inner Temple. He became a barrister, returned to India, enrolled at the Allahabad High Court and started his political journey from their.

2. Indira Gandhi
Indira Gandhi Indira Nehru was taught mostly at home by tutors and attended school intermittently until matriculation in 1934. She was a student at the Modern School in Delhi, St. Cecilia's and St. Mary's Convent schools in Allahabad, the International School of Geneva, the Ecole Nouvelle in Bex, and the Pupils' Own School in Poona and Bombay, which is affiliated with the University of Mumbai. Then She went on to study at the Vishwa Bharati in Santiniketan. A year later, however, she had to leave university to attend to her ailing mother in Europe. There it was decided that Indira would continue her education at the University of Oxford. After her mother died, she attended the Badminton School for a brief period before enrolling at Somerville College in 1937 to study history. Indira had to take the entrance examination twice, having failed at her first attempt with a poor performance in Latin. At Oxford, she did well in history, political science and economics, but her grades in Latin a compulsory subject remained poor. She did, however, have an active part within the student life of the university, such as membership in the Oxford Majlis Asian Society. In 1941 she left her graduation course in UK and came back to India.

1. Nehru refused merger of state Of Kalat with India. State of Kalat had declared independence in 1947 and wanted to merge with India but for Nehru pleasing Jinnah was more important.

2. Nehru supplied rice to Chinese army occupying Tibet in 1959. In same year he signed panchsheel pact. Later on China repayed Nehru's benevolence handsomely in 1962.

James Jesus Angleton was chief of the counterintelligence department of the Central Intelligence Agency from 1954 to 1975 and he was a very close friend of Robert Trumbull Crowley.
James Jesus Angleton was fired from CIA after US Congress opened an inquiry into CIA's role in JFK assassination. When he received the communication of his impending marching orders, he tasked Robert Trumbull Crowley with removing all the files related to him and Crowley from the desk of CIA's "Dirty Tricks" department.
