2/ They were having second thoughts last week, as speculation was rampant that DACA would end. This is what Matias told me last Thursday 
3/ Matias’ work permit expires in Dec (but he should be able to renew it until Dec 2019). His wife’s expires in 2018 and cannot be renewed
4/ If they buy the home but lose the work permits, they'd lose their jobs. First her, then him. Then they might fail to pay their mortgage
