1. May 12 I opened an instant account via link sent by by cousin who works with your bank. some days later I opened SIMMF acct
2. Unknown to me, my coz who helped me complete mutual fund acct forms used stanbic account so when I liquidated the money went to Stanbic.
3. I visited waterlines branch in PH on Friday Sept 8, 2017 to validate account and was asked to return today to access funds
4. I have been there today only to be told documents have not been processed, there was an issue...I should return on Wednesday this week.
5. I see no reason for this undue delay. I blv it's a ploy to delay withdrawal. I have now completed forms for online banking.
6. Within the next 24 hours I expect to have access to my account online. If I do not have access to my funds you will be liable.
7. Take this as a formal notice. Btw the account so opened bcos of a family member is now dead on arrival. I definitely can't deal with you!
