Let me tell a quick tale...
A football asks for all type of bad things.
After all what he asked happened, he gets angry and cries, why all these things happened w/ him.
Then, even before finishing the cry, he asks for another bunch of bad things.
Of course, these all will happen.
And repeat this infinitely.
But that football once was the spectator.
And now he is a ball.
And everyone plays with him...
If you try to tell him the truth (that he was the spectator once), he calls you a liar...
He not even accepts that as a possibility...
Now, let me tell you that this tale is true (of course, not word by word)...
And there are billions of these "footballs" living on Earth...
If you know that is tale is true, you are on a good way...
If you say that it's not true, you, my friend, are probably one of these "balls".

This infection was alive for ~3 months from the logs we have.
Anyway, it wasn't as serious as the previous one we found (this was only a "random" supervisor it seems), but still...
Imagine after more than a year of finding an infection by NG actors, you find one by JM actors... What could be next?

Of course, the link not points to a file on gov website, but to a file on FB's CDN...

Not only it comes from FB's CDN, but comes over HTTPS.
You can see, after 30 hours, still FUD...

I have lots of thoughts about this and I've got some time. So you know the deal. Let's get into it.
First, I'm not surprised at the response from the journalist. He does a job. Part of it is writing "feel good" stories. Stories that are supposed to inspire people. When he saw this story, that's what he came away with. "People might be inspired by this".

One of the positive side effects of the excruciating, awful, relentless months in which the sole GOP legislative goal was to end the Affordable Care Act and eliminate protections for people with pre-existing conditions is that, today, people can tell that Republicans are lying.
Take, for example, this ad by Republican Rick Scott. One of his Senate campaign's closing arguments is that, he claims, he supports "forcing insurance companies to cover pre-existing conditions"—& cares even more than the Democratic incumbent, Bill Nelson.
The problem that Nelson faces is that the Floridians who care most about health care were watching the ACA fight very, very closely. They were calling @SenBillNelson's office day after day. They know Nelson promised to protect their health care. They know he kept his promise.

By raging he's being framed by a Clinton revenge plot conspiracy, Kavanaugh echoed Trump propagandists discrediting Mueller & Russia probe. That in itself is disqualifying from sitting on the Supreme Court. It also proves he won't be an impartial arbiter on those & other matters.
Forget the alleged sexual assault & lies for a moment. Kavanaugh's partisan rant about a left-wing smear conspiracy is so off-the-rails improper for someone whose job is literally to DISPASSIONATELY & fairly interpret facts & law before him. And he wants a promotion to SCOTUS??
Maybe #Kavanaugh's not a conspiracy theorist. But he is consciously echoing Trump. He altered strategy from choir-boy Fox interview b/c Trump didn't like it. Kav's already bending to the executive who named him, like the political operative he is at heart. And will be on SCOTUS.

"When your private C&D letter is tweeted publicly-" Passing the blame. She's saying, from the get-go, that Cockygate is the fault of everyone who dared speak about what they were going through, and NOT the fault of the person who put them through it.
"you will not have saved the money by writing them yourself since lawyers are so expensive-" At least she admits what many suspected from the start: The C&D's were not legal documents, merely threats with legal jargon thrown in.

In trying to repair what's wrong with KE, there are many conversations we need to have. The exiling (not deportation) of Miguna was wrong. It was, however, the actualization of an internal war ODM made against him about 9 years ago.

A thread.
In "Peeling Back the Mask", Miguna talks about that time in January 2010 when PMU came after him on the issue of citizenship. The argument then was pretty much the same as it was the week. First page.
In the second excerpt, he says he finally realised that it had been his colleagues at ODM fighting him all along.

Then mentions the critical case of Mahamud Sirat who filed an election petition for the Wajir South seat in 2008 and found himself exiled to Australia.
