Just got out of the Star Trek Discovery Premiere and I have something to say, but if you’re not into Star Trek then stop reading now.
Okay those jerks are gone- Discovery is great. I was completely surprised. We saw the first two and I can’t wait for ep 3.
All the emotional character storytelling of Trek, but with legit modern amazing sci-fi spectacle.
The Best was the characters- I want more stories with these folks all the time, and the promise of episode 3 is huge.
Sonequa-Martin Green and Doug Jones are your new favorites. And the Daft Punk robot who worked on the bridge. I’m nerding out so hard.

In light of @adelbertc's recent tweet about frameworks versus libraries, I'm making a tweet thread explaining the design of the best (and only) testing library that I know: testz.
This will all be included mostly unchanged in the README.md at github.com/scalaz/testz, in the Pitch section.
testz was designed as a reaction against the current state of tests in Scala; if you're averse to some mild tech shit-talking, stop reading now, but keep in mind that without other libraries I would have never developed testz.
