reality of a complicated and sensitive application process for FISA warrants conducted by career civil servants, as well as both Democrat and Republican appointees (to say nothing of federal judges who oversaw the process). Shame on you, Mr. Chairman. Shame on you.

Memo clarifies that the Steele Dossier was NOT the catalyzing evidentiary source, that the FBI properly and repeatedly informed the FISC judges of Steele’s credibility pros AND bias negatives, and that when they got renewals of the warrant it was because the surveillance

had produced significant information CORROBORATING Steele’s original findings. They found MORE evidence that Page was knowingly engaging in clandestine intelligence activities on behalf of the Russians. THAT was why the FISC judges kept granting extensions of the surveillance.

All of the media hacks who hyped up this conspiracy BS should be ashamed of themselves. I’m looking at you @seanhannity @IngrahamAngle and @TuckerCarlson to name a few. You have repeatedly smeared hard working government employees who did their job and sought lawful

surveillance of a man who they had sufficient evidence to demonstrate was spying for the Russians. Republicans and Democrat political appointees agreed with that conclusion. This wasn’t the Deep State. You glamorized Page and you should have that stain on your reputation

for the remainder of time that you work in media. It should stain you like how Dan Rather was stained. You bought into a political attack line to protect the President, not to find the truth.

Live with that. /end
