Super proud of all the work at @theintercept on Noor Salman's trial.

What follows are links to some of our work on the case over the past several weeks.
.@ggreenwald and @MazMHussain wrote early on about questions regarding the purported motive of attacking an LGBTQ community. theintercept.com/2018/03/05/as-…
Then @ggreenwald and @MazMHussain wrote a couple weeks later on huge holes in the prosecutors' case against Salman. theintercept.com/2018/03/22/at-…
.@trevoraaronson chimed in when court filings showed that Omar Mateen's father had been a longtime FBI informant, raising questions about why the feds had dropped the ball when they investigated the eventual mass killer. theintercept.com/2018/03/26/oma…
Then this week, @mahaxahmed did some amazing reporting not only about Salman's case, but also about the criminalization of domestic abuse survivors in general. theintercept.com/2018/03/29/noo…
And, finally, @ggreenwald just published a piece about how Noor Salman was found not guilty on all charges, and some of the hard questions we should be asking ourselves about how the justice system works in terrorism cases. theintercept.com/2018/03/30/noo…
.@ggreenwald's piece drew on some extraordinary work by @theintercept on terrorism and criminal justice showing just how rare acquittals in terrorism cases are.

Too many people were involved in that project for me to name individually, so here's a screen capture of the credits. Suffice it to say we got a pretty amazing team at @theintercept.
