I don't know who this man is, but I do know that an NDO means Network Directing Officer. That means Eric is in charge of at least 6 other members within a 60 mile radius. He’s a lead member of the group.
Patriot Front has several other former members of the military, some also in leadership positions. They supposedly do not accept active members of the military. Here's a run down on the PF vets on my radar:
Joffre James Cross III, 33, also known as 502ssOtto, Cross, and Nathan Goldstein. He’s located in Houston and has helped organize some of PF’s meet-ups/trainings.

Nick Brown, 43, also known as NDO Nick, Braxton Bragg, nickarmy75, and movnforwrd1. He may be in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He’s originally from Wrightsville, NC. He’s an army vet and, like Eric, is an NDO. Here’s a picture of him (middle) sieg heiling with other PF members.

In the @UR_Ninja discord logs, Nick posts an image of an American flag next to a Nazi flag, which appears to have been made on Minecraft. He captions the photo: “Gen Z is lit.”

Alexander Wheeler, 22, also known as Sonderschutz and NDO Alex. His last known location was in Amarillo, TX but he may have moved. He posted a picture of him in uniform as recently as late 2015. facebook.com/photo.php?fbid…
