2/3 Which doesn't surprise me, because I wrote a book about why the cryptos using standardized ISO20022 messaging amongst each other, in order to be able to send, receive and understand computerized messaging instructions around money. We know from this quote that 80% of the value in 2025 will be flowing through ISO 20022 cryptos.Image 3/3 So why the low price of XRP? Brad G. said he doesn't control the price, could the IMF or BIS control it? Hmm.
And why are other countries, especially the BRICS nations wanting a gold-backed currency? Because the dollar (see the Yen as a prototype) will eventually lose value, but it will be LAST. Why? Once all other countries, such as Zimbabwe, have rebooted their currencies with physical assets/commodities backing them, then the US (World's Reserve Currency) will be FORCED to go asset-backed. Make sense? So yes, XRP's price is currently low and may be last, but soon, the case may be settled and stable coin legislation will pass this year, then crypto legislation in 2025 and there will be no looking back! HODL!

In the early days, Buterin, Tron and other people appeared at the Ripple office as interns and employees. It now appears they were sent by the Fed and China.

The Fed banks knew Ripple would create a level playing field which would take their power 1/8protos.com/consensys-laws… and could make them irrelevant.
What to do? Quick! Let’s start Project North Star and create our own crypto ecosystem! Gather the attorneys and determine a “safe harbor” that will give our crypto an advantage and shackle Ripple. How? Well, we could say our crypto is 2/8

🧵Why did the powers behind Hinman want him to do this? @panosmek confirmed with David Schwartz @JoelKatz that XRP “was created to destroy the banks’ monopoly and disintermediate them. XRP was created as a better BTC for P2P transactions. For people, not banks.” 1/4 Image We know from @digitalassetbuy that #ETHgate was when ETH, a competing crypto, was put forward and given a free pass by Hinman so the bankers could own & control it. It backfired bc it was expensive & slow technology, but Hinman still made ETH whales a LOT of money. 2/4

FTX had a master plan. They were in the middle of implementing the big takeover. Having worked at Jane Street, SBF saw how payment for order flow (PFOF) is a license to charge a toll to everyone buying stocks. Like a toll bridge, to cross you must pay. (1/7) Image You redirect the trade orders for stocks to your toll booth and collect guaranteed profits without any risk. Ken Griffin, CEO of Citadel, admitted, under oath during Congressional testimony, that currently 40% of all stock trades go thru Citadel PFOF. 40%! (2/7) Image

🧵What happened Sept. 30th? The US Corporation ended, end of US Gov fiscal year, Vatican returned funds, commercial traders went from short to long silver, CEOs resigned, rumors of 2 banks failing. #XRP #CreditSuisse #DeutscheBank #Dalio 1/4 It sure seems like the Fed/banks are out of money. Cash is running low and funding is drying up. If the internet goes down soon, the financial system will be rebooting to a new one, imo. 2/4

Thread: China #Evergrande Group is being marked to $0 today and removed from ETFs. After the Chinese company defaulted last year, they are being removed from investment vehicles. It is in emerging market and global ETFs. 1/4
solactive.com/suspension-rem… Not only r the ETFs being marked down, but they r probably rebalancing (adjusting all the percentages of investments owned by country) & since they r overseas investments, global funds would be selling their US allocation & buying other investments to replace Evergrande. 2/4

One of the areas that Brad Garlinghouse said he wants #Ripple to expand is in the area of carbon credits and "supporting growth in carbon credit tokenization functionality."
This is a huge market and it seems to me this is the first expansion by

#XRP #XRPCommunity #XRPArmy 1/3 Ripple outside of its realm of cross-border payments. Brad told us Ripple would be like Amazon, who started marketing books first, then expanded into other areas. The announcement of Ripple’s $100M investment today is a step toward major growth. 2/3

Ripple is knocking it out of the park! This week, we learned about #ODL brought to FINCI in Lithuania & it will open up a new corridor between Europe & Mexico.
🧵Thread
#XRPL #Ripple #XRP 1/5 We also are hearing good things in court and Ripple is certainly leaps and bounds ahead of the SEC, who is looking quite foolish. 2/5

Thread: During my interview with @linqtoinc COO, Joe Endoso, he compared #Ripple to Coinbase, before it’s IPO. Coinbase was valued at $8B before it’s phenomenal IPO, which is lower than Ripple’s last venture capital funding round (at a valuation of $10B). 1/8

#xrp #PrivateEquity “Coinbase went from $8B to $32B & got as high as $85B, before the stock market correction. That gives you a sense of what the possibility might be for price appreciation under strong, as well as adverse market conditions, for Ripple.” 2/8

🧵Looks like May 4th & 5th interest rates may plummet:
1) After a negative GDP last month, why are people still expecting a .50% hike by the FED? I don't think it will happen, 2) Moody's can still declare Russia in default, because even though they paid the debt in dollars, 1/4 they were late. If Moody's declares Russia defaulted, interest rates will plummet. Interest rate derivatives would be caught off guard in the wrong direction, for both reasons. Also, not many are expecting a sharp rebound in stocks. 2/4

🧵I love listening to Brad G., because there are always nuggets of gold in what he says. I'm writing highlights from this interview at the Crypto Bahamas Conference (my comments r in parens). Full interview is here:

#Ripple #XRP #FTX #cryptocurrency 1/9 I'm going to loosely quote him, direct quotes will use quotation marks. First, he said his early interest in crypto was to answer how do we bridge between the crypto world and traditional world, rather than trying to compete or circumvent banks & gov'ts? 2/9

🧵I just reviewed the Digital Commodity Exchange Act #DCEA and two things jumped out at me. 1) It says it permits "trading in only digital commodities that are not readily susceptible to manipulation." If a crypto is centralized, it certainly can be manipulated, *cough* ETH. 1/5 2) It also said to test that the backup resources of the digital commodity exchange are sufficient to ensure continued..."maintenance of a comprehensive and accurate audit trail." One crypto we know is lacking in a transparent audit trail is USDT, Tether. 2/4

🧵The European Central Bank (ECB) wants to get crypto regulations going because of financial stability concerns. Tether and Bitcoin are in its crosshairs.

For the first time ever, the US Treasury just sanctioned (Russian) bitcoin miners. They are the 3rd largest miners in the world. They did it because they are afraid that Russia will try to get around sanctions by using Bitcoin.

Thread: I could foresee a scenario where Russia stops delivering gas, because Russia refuses to accept "unfriendly" currency, the Euro and dollar, and demands rubles. The contracts state payment is to be in Euros & dollars. Putin is firm on this. (1/5) The G7 countries say the contracts cannot be altered:
“The feeling is one I have had since the beginning, that it is absolutely not simple to change the currency of payments without violating the contracts,” Draghi said. (2/5) tinyurl.com/ys4588kv

Are Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) almost ready? Would a war or cyberattack cause the speeding up of CBDCs? Why did the US President issue an EO the same day that Dubai passed a digital asset law? Are they being rolled out regionally? (1/10)
