Wow. Reacting to this tweet which did *not* name them, @NatSpaFactory have now blocked me. Since I have also had to get Trading Standards involved I guess there's zero reason to try and resolve this quietly now. Buckle in, folks, this is some shady stuff.
I bought a massage oil from them on Oct 18th. It was £16 which is a big deal for me right now but I'm pregnant, my skin is a bit sensitive at the moment, and I’m understandably a bit cautious about cheap products/ artificial scents. It arrived & I immediately opened it.

Hi! Happy #BiVisibilityDay! Every year for the last 5 years I have said a version of the same thing. This year is no exception. Let's talk bisexuality! (short thread👇) 1) I am #bisexual. To me, this means I can be attracted to people who *are not* of my gender identity, as well as being attracted to people who *are* of my gender identity

Tomorrow @julietmusical will officially open & friends, I can't lie, I've no chill at all. I've fostered shows before but this one feels like my flesh & blood. I have No Resilience offering her up to critics so just let me tell you right now that she's all five stars & then some. You know when you meet someone in a pub and you exchange numbers thinking 'oh yes, this will be fun..' and then you accidentally fall in love and f*ck everything up, only to find they also caught feelings and its all not what you expected but so much better? Because it's that.

I often think about how my generation of women was sold the well intentioned message: 💪🏼"you *can* have it all"✌🏼... and while I obviously believe that nobody should have to choose between an education/career and love/family BECAUSE OF THEIR GENDER I worry that [... 👇🏻] ..we have taken on board this idea that women (in particular) don't have to choose AT ALL. And that we're somehow now failing, or less feminist, if we *don't* have it all. Except, and here's the rub, NO ONE can have 'it all'. There are literally only 16-18 usable hrs of the day..

Hey @PokemonGoApp, this is a kids' game, are you sending these unsolicited calorie competitive push notifications to everyone? It's completely inappropriate. I don't want to see it. #PokemonGO #bodypositive #dietculture #strongnotskinny Image Calorie counting begins at younger and younger ages, particularly in girls, and correlates far better with teenage obesity and disordered eating (one of the most fatal mental health issues) than adult good health. This is a very poor decision indeed. Please reconsider.

*Tiny #thread on the way we speak about #suicide*
Several high profile deaths recently, so it seems a good time to ask that folk please try and say "died by suicide" rather than "committed suicide" where possible. >> It may seem like a small, perhaps meaningless, difference but it actually makes a big, big impact on the way people process and understand these deaths. >>

Everyone being rubbish is making me grumble. So here's a small nice story!
I was walking alone down a very small alleyway the other sunny day and a guy was walking towards me. And I saw him see me, and I braced myself for some comment, something... He whistled at me and said "looking good darlin'" and my heart sank. Ladies, you all know this feeling. But then! Moments later! I heard "woo hoo guys, looking fit!" - I turned and there were two (bemused!) lads behind me..

I'm still thinking a lot about masculinity & the mortal danger we put our men and boys in by policing male affection so violently.. and, of course, in a patriarchal society the way we (mis)treat our boys affects *us all*. Hypersexualisation, hyperagression, rape culture..

Ok. Borough, Greenfell & Finsbury are horrific but, harsh as it seems, all that is left is to use them for good. I just had a conversation> >with with my mum about media bias in which she showed previously unthinkable levels of critique and consideration that our media might be >

[thread] I am happy tonight. That doesn’t mean you can’t be happy too. The world seems beset with the idea that happiness is zero sum.. > > or worse, the idea that *humanity* is zero sum. That if I have a right to be and live as me, I take something away from your right >

17 years on I still get really sad and angry about my all-too-common experience of PE as a teen… As a grown-ass woman I love and value the physical and emotional / MH benefits of exercise and ‘in body’ time more than I really can say…

Tell the people you love, that you love them.
Tell them at length, with details.

Repeat yourself. And tell them again. Tell the people on the edges; the friends, the new flame, the long-ago ex - the people you 'love' but don't usually admit you *love*.

1/4: To people who don’t understand why many of us (Women, PoC, WoC) are not calm or rational today consider this: *Trump is our abuser.* 2/4 We look at him and see every grotesquely entitled white man who has assaulted & harmed us and not only gotten away with it, but thrived
