On #CoronavirusPandemic after the meeting held by CM

1. number of positive cases reported in India is 581 as per ICMR. But here it is mentioned as 571. Why?
(1) 2. On 4/2/20 as per the doc, there are no cases reported in India.

But India reported it's its first case on JAN 30.
