California with 40,000,000 residents elects 2 senators.
By 2040, 70% of the country will be represented by 30 senators. The remaining 30% whiter and older population will be represented by 70 senators.

The Voting Rights Act was passed in 1965 in an effort to end the widespread and systematic disenfranchisement of Black voters across the United States.
It was extremely effective.

SOME BACKGROUND ON STONE: How did he get involved in all of this?
He’s been a friend of Trump’s since the 1980s, when he first tried to persuade Trump to run for president. In 2016, he finally got his wish, serving as an outside adviser and self-described "dirty trickster."
During the campaign, Stone communicated with the two organizations Putin used to alter and leak stolen emails from Clinton and other Dems: Russian Intelligence and Wikileaks.
Stone wrote to Julian Assange during the campaign to request specific stolen emails not yet made public.
