If you invite me to do a ‘keynote’ at your event I take that incredibly seriously. 99% of the time it’s a no but if yes..

a) I take time out to think about something new to say

b) time to practice & prepare so it’s entertaining

c) time to show up and meet people afterwards The last few times I’ve done this a ‘key note’ has lost all meaning..

Anything that is a not a panel is now a keynote, booths are prioritised over content.

It’s an abusive and extractive system and you want ME to be your content
