Today I finished the 5-week program organized by @_nywc called the Steps to work meant for women wanting to get back to work after a break. This #Thread is to give a shoutout to the wonderful ppl at NYWC and also to highlight the need for such a program in India. 1/n This program is spread over 5 weeks. Each session lasts about 2 hours, and every week has 2 sessions. In every session, there is a guest speaker.
