There are also hundreds of tourists among them who are stuck in #Istanbul airport for over ten days without water, food & their luggage because of the decision of #Turkish government for banning all flights to #Algeria. They all were forced out of the terminal by police.
They are human beings, but #Turkey is throwing them away like garbage. After 10 days being stuck in the Terminal, #Turkish Police viciously attacked them & forced them out. They even have their luggage confiscated for 10 days! No change of clothes, shower & hygiene tools
Under rule of dictator #Erdogan, #Turkey has turned into a land of terror & misery. This is what is happening to people who #Erdogan wished them safe passage to #Europe through #Evros in #Greece. Even many of them are tourists not refugees but they are thrown like garbage.
A local TV took this video showing 1,000 of total 2,500 Algerians who are stuck in #Istanbul protesting #Turkish government over ban of the flights to #Algeria during to #COVID19/#CoronaVirus pandemic.
And this is what happened next! #Turkish police attacked the protesters.
Earlier this morning, #Turkish Red Crescent society examined body temperature of the #Algerian passengers in #Istanbul's new airport. Among them several had symptoms of #COVID19/#CoronaVirus infection.
