1/21 The #crypto markets are a great place for people and teams to innovate, to push the boundaries of previously accepted limits.
2/21 That is why I love this space and have committed my time and effort to learn more & more each day, both to find #money making opportunities, and to just see the satisfying growth of this community full of over achievers, idealists, geniuses, & curious people.
3/ That's why today I want to share with all of you the interesting project that we are building at Swix DAO, because I think that if you are anything like me, you would #love to find about this project.
Swix DAO is, as stated in its name, a Decentralized autonomous organization,
4/ now, what kind of DAO is it? What's our goal?
Our DAO is fundamentally oriented towards the real state market. In very simplified terms, it is a real state crypto project. #housingmarket
5/ A DAO that seeks to go beyond hype, to garner the power and potential of real life #business coming in, even from non-crypto clients of our DAO.
Swix DAO is a #DeFi crypto project.
We will be tokenizing the real state that the DAO controls.
6/ The tokenized state will have several features that will give it market value based on objective and desirable traits, to be announced in the near #future. Trust me, once people understand the utility behind the DEFI products of Swix DAO, they will #FOMO hard on them.
7/ Swix DAO is creating its own protocol, bringing innovation to the DEFI space, by addressing several issues that normie people have when trying to understand DEFI, for instance, Swix DAO will accept fiat payments made with #credit card, instead of being crypto-only.
8/ This will make it more inviting to the public.
That's just one tiny example of what is to come, but we are also working on bonding mechanisms that deserve its own #Twitter thread.
Swix DAO is one of the few crypto projects that are a mix between online & offline interactions,
9/ as a global community we are all around the world, but we will gather around our own physical spaces, namely our real state portfolio (that already exists and is already generating #revenue) since token holders will have access to special deals and discounts.
10/ This community of travelers is, of course very aligned with crypto #people in general.
How many crypto #DEVs you know that travel around the world? Exploring new countries every year or even every few months? I do know of many.
11/ This alignment between our project and many crypto folk will be of great help to drive up awareness and solid support from the wider crypto industry, which will translate in more hype and a bigger and more solid #community.
12/ As with many #crypto projects, we are not conformists, we don't want to maintain the status quo, but to disrupt and shake things up.
13/ We want to change the flow of wealth in the homestay business, from the users getting nothing and the share holders getting all the profits, which is the model of similar business as #airbnb, to a business model that rewards token holders, users and investors properly.
14/ We want the wealth to be shared, to #Grow together.
To make a win-win situation, not just a #win for the people at the top.
15/ For that reason we are leasing instead of buying real state, that gives us more flexibility and eliminates certain costs.
The properties in the best locations are usually not available for sale, and even if they are, the price is extremely high.
16/ By saving on many expenses through leasing, we will be able to offer specialized services to people who book our properties, for instance, proving baby care, give access to a champagne collection curated by Swix DAO, offer unique local experiences, and even helicopter rides.
17/ Now you probably will ask, “well, it sounds okay, but the #gas fees will be really expensive”
No, not really. We are deploying the contracts in the #Polygon mainnet, which is fast, cheap and also connected to the broader Ethereum ecosystem, since it is a layer 2 solution.
18/ And all the things mentioned are just the tip of the iceberg.

Swix DAO will push Eco living to get carbon credits and make its spaces more energy efficient.
19/ This project is so many things, it is crypto, it has real life revenue streams ALREADY, we will be involved in the metaverse and mint its own NFTs.
It is difficult to find a crypto project that checks so many boxes,
