Chief Justice Roberts bristled at Justice Sotomayor’s comparison of his #TravelBan decision to Korematsu. Why? Because the truth hurts.

“It is troubling that the Roberts Court ignored evidence of fraud and animus against Muslims at the border while the administration is in the midst of implementing a fraudulent and animus-driven border policy of family separation.”
I am frankly stunned the Court upheld the Ban.

7/ @DavidNakamura also nails it: Kennedy/Roberts have given Trump a blank check for animus-driven hard-right immigration policies like family separation. This decision came at a pivotal moment. How could these Justices give a green light for worse? washingtonpost.com
8/ Not all judges shamed themselves yesterday. Some heroes wear robes: Judge Dana Sabraw (fed district judge in California) ordered an end to most family separations and ordered reunification late last night: cnn.com/2018/06/26/pol…
