Every Successful Aadhaar enrollment must have a list of supporting document. The number of Aadhaar numbers with no supporting documents - 40% as on Nov 2016. Remember this meeting @ceo_uidai?

Oh, and it was sent to the Supreme Court by an internal @UIDAI Whistle Blower on Nov 2017. So I don't have privilege access to your email systems or any such thing.

OK. No Aadhaar enrollment problems is complete without Vakrangee. Look here @akm1410 . 30.53% of the Successful enrollments had missing POI/POA documents.

We now have a Winner! An Enrollment Agency with 90% of POI/POA documents missing.

Fellows, Leave out PAN duplicates and all that for 139AA. What is this?

So the UIDAI Enrollment Agency actually had *more Aadhaar documents* than their actual Enrollments.

Vow! This means that someone is making enrollments on the name of UIDAI, but they did not know!

OK. Final figures.

Out of 115 Crore successful enrollments, 45 Crore enrollments don't have POI/POA Documents.

Now we have to ask the question: Could the whistle blower be wrong? It is always a possibility, right?

@AnupamSaraph actually filed a RTI asking POI/POA/POD combination and the answer is "Not Available". Think about it. They *could not even produce* a made up number. So they simply gave it up!

CIDR is the world's largest *JUNK Database*. I guess that is it then.
