A lot of our documentation has assumed people have other wheels -- that the Device isn't their first wheel, that it's rare for someone to buy an e-spinner but not already be familiar with wheels, etc.

So, we have never included "but how do I spin" documentation, or "this is what scotch tension means" or lots of things like that.
Thinking of the documentation needing to speak to people who've never spun on anything else is a huge mental shift.
