This is obviously an attempted cover up by NPR. The woodchucks in question were disguised as groundhogs and were obviously part of a Deep State conspiracy, and a man in a tan suit was seen delivering their checks from Soros after the job was completed.
The Deep State woodcucks who ate @SpeakerRyan's car were on a training mission. Their real target is @realDonaldTrump, but their first attempt at that mission was foiled when their tunnel on the White House lawn was discovered. 
This whole woodchucks story is just getting more suspicious. All of them have refused to provide long-form birth certificates, they've been spotted facing Mecca at least 5 times a day, and English doesn't appear to be their native language. We need congressional hearings now!
