Cernovich is a bad actor, but banning people for quoting others out of context isn't a slippery slope, it's a face-first cliff dive.
"Let's ban every account that quotes people out of context misleadingly" sounds great in theory until you put in the policy & a week later you're banning, say, the Associated Press account.
3. Speech-policing by private companies is legal in most cases but still presents many of the same problems as speech-policing by government.

We don't ban it partly bc companies have their own free speech rights, partly bc we don't want government doing speech-policing-policing.
