The Smart City Memphis blog reported this in October: You, @kempsuper9 and council member Patrice Robinson, declared it “unacceptable” that black people in Shelby County filed for the kind of bankruptcy least likely to relieve their debts. 
What you said then, @kempsuper9 “When I read that half of those Memphians filing for Chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2015 had already filed in the past five years, I knew we had to act.”

Of course your tweets aren’t a complete log of what you’ve been up to - and perhaps you’ve done some work to address poverty that you’ve kept quiet - but I kinda doubt it.
