Florida judge says Rick Scott's legal team presented NO evidence of malfeasance or corruption in the Florida ballot count.

They went to court with zero evidence of what they're publicly alleging to the media & all over social media.
Amazing: Rick Scott's team's argument is that "the public has lost confidence" in the process.

Scott & other Republicans have been making evidence-free claims about Dems trying to steal the election **w/ obvious purpose of diminishing public confidence**

First up is Suzanne Higdon, a Hurstbourne resident who starts by asking, What else in Louisville is as tall as the proposed @Topgolf at @OxmoorCenter? She says the tallest ride at Kentucky Kingdom is 102 feet tall, the Slugger Museum bat is 120 feet tall.
Higdon says neighbors living near proposed @Topgolf now have views of the night sky, a church, wildlife, rural area. (Topgolf is seeking to build at a mall located on one of the busiest, built-up roads in Louisville.)

Gender Identity services provide specialised healthcare for trans people who wish to undertake a medically-mediated physical transition. In the UK, these have historically been provided primarily through Gender Identity Clinics (GICs), which is the case to this day.
At present, the GIC system is a horrible mess. Problems include:
- inadequate funding
- enormous waiting times
- inconsistent and often overly strict assessments
- administrative issues
- poor communication with GPs
- sometimes super random / completely inappropriate requirements

Going to do something I basically never do anymore because it triggers a feeding frenzy, but I don't have my mind made up about a major topic, this time: impeachment.

A friend in the business asked me yesterday if I would support it. And I'm unsure.
I am not a lawyer, and unlike most on Twitter dot com, I don't pretend to be either. I'm not sure if what we know comes to the level of impeachment, but here's my personal regular old American perspective.
I'm still playing catch up (making another fatal mistake, admitting I may not have all of the facts currently known), but it appears the only thing protecting the POTUS from an indictment is the fact that he's the POTUS.
