One sign of automation: duplicating the tweets of prominent accounts. We searched for duplicates of several of @realDonaldTrump's more popular tweets over the last ten days, and tested them for accounts that tweet 24/7, post 90%+ of their tweets via automation services, or both. 
We found 121 accounts that duplicated recent Trump tweets matching the above criteria. We analyzed the accounts manually and categorized them into one of sixteen categories, as shown here.
The majority of these account post their tweets via automation services such as IFTTT (although some bots automate the web browser or phone app). This figure shows the most prominent in this set of automated accounts.
Many of the accounts exclusively copy Trump's tweets, but some have other content as well, such as links to websites. The breakdown of sites is a bit unexpected - normally we see major media organizations as the most prominent, but here we see Reddit and obscure news sites.
There are six accounts in the set with links to Reddit. Based on the variance in schedule and the difference in content between the accounts, these don't appear to be a network.
The same is not true of the accounts that linked to oregonlive(dot)com (the second most common external link). Six of these accounts look very similar - they appear to be largely promotional in nature, and post their tweets via a service called "TweetedTimes".
DNS records indicate that it is in fact hosted in Pakistan rather than the US or UK as the name might imply.
