FBI Records Vault randomly dropping the records between themselves and Christopher Steele.
It was November 1, 2016 when Steele (a Confidential Human Source) confirmed to his handling agent that he had spoken with David Corn. The FBI then said "you're fired". 
Redacted, but this is the payment request for Christopher Steele's services.
Due to guidelines written by the Attorney General on December 13, 2006, payments to Confidential Human Sources must be done by an FBI Agent and another government official.
