When will the TX Federal courts declare DACA unConstitutional?! When will Judge Hanen Rule?

This Obama era illegal power grab has outlived its day. Americans are fed up!

These illegal invaders come here for one single reason: entitlements.

Massive, taxpayer funded healthcare, food, housing, child care, education & more.

The Democrat base depends on more entitlements & insists on a life of gov't dependency, ie more votes.
If we cut off ALL entitlements - starting with healthcare & free visits to the ER, ban noncitizens from public schools & ban all food stamp programs 2 illegals, they will stop coming.

They'll go home.

Dems lose millions of illegal votes.

In a 25-page opinion Friday, Bates, an appointee of former President George W. Bush, rejected the administration’s argument that the original decision to end DACA remained sound. #DACA
If Friday’s ruling goes into effect later this month, the administration will be required to accept new applications from people who meet DACA’s eligibility requirements.

A short important thread on DACA: 1- Those who have DACA, go ahead & put in your renewal application even if your status doesn’t expire in 150 days. USCIS will accept the renewal application for NOW. 2. As of Aug. 8 there could be a 🛑 stop on all renewals from a fed judge in TX.

The US government MUST accept DACA renewals, which means those whose DACA protections are expiring soon, or has already expired, may apply for renewal.
Remember, the Trump administration eliminated the DACA program and stopped accepting renewals a couple of months ago.
