1. Calling all lawyers on my TL with a serious question that needs an answer. It is in regard to the last 2 paragraphs in the piece:

3. As Doctor Ford was 15 at the time, and Maryland law says that one is a ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ค๐ง
until the age of 16, doesn't this mean that the charges would be ๐จ๐๐ญ๐ช๐๐ก ๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ช๐ก๐ฉ and ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ of a ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ค๐ง?
until the age of 16, doesn't this mean that the charges would be ๐จ๐๐ญ๐ช๐๐ก ๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ช๐ก๐ฉ and ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ of a ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ค๐ง?
4. If that is the case, then how could that not be a felony sexual offense under Maryland with no statute of limitation?
Maryland sexual offense lawsa s described here seem to place the charges that Doctor Ford has made against Judge Kavanaugh ๐๐ก๐๐๐ง๐ก๐ฎ in the ๐๐๐ก๐ค๐ฃ๐ฎ ๐จ๐๐ญ๐ช๐๐ก ๐ค๐๐๐๐ฃ๐จ๐ categories and therefore without statute of limitation.
