From "Skin in the Game"
Mediocristan: Domain where the effects of a random event are contained, and don't have an impact on the System.

Extremistan: Domain where effects of random event impact other entities in the system, & in worst case bring about ruin of the entire system.
Examples for Mediocristan:Deaths due to drowning in the Bathtub, crossing roads. Examples for Extremistan: Deaths due to Epidemic Disease, Terrorism.
Thus while % of people dying due to drowing in Bathtubs might be higher than % of people dying due to Ebola, the latter is risker
More urgency ought to be shown to avoid a bad event from happening in Extremistan compared to avoiding a bad event happening in Mediocristan - Hence we see a large proportion of effort to contain an epidemic or to prevent terrorist activities.
It is prudent to be risk averse in Extremistan. This is a opaque domain and we don't really understand why things work. So substituting something that is known to work for a large period of time by something untested (or tested only in theory) is extremely risky.
Almost all social matters are from Extremistan. Hence one ought to be very cautious when trying to bring about change in these matters (no matter in the name of which ideology), because there is a risk of system ruin.
The risk is higher when the agent that aims to bring about such change is the state, through the instrument of Law, for not only can it expose society to risk of ruin, but it can accelerate the process towards the ruin.
There is a greater urgency to repeal such interventions especially when the observed effects have been adverse. Remember, one does not have the luxury of time when one is trying to mitigate a risk in Extremistan.
Since the Indian Independence, the Indian State has deliberately interfered in the affairs of the Hindu Civilization, in the name of the fad that was in vogue at that point. The Indian constitution was a complete break from the nation's civilizational past.
The consequence of this has been the loss of traditional knowledge systems, practices, social mores, dietary habits; the time tested filtering mechanisms that contributed to the survival of our hoary civilization.
Thus, the importance of the #HinduCharter should be seen in this light. The Charter reminds the Indian state that it is the custodian of the Indian civilization, and should urgently cease from continuing with its disastrous interventions.

The urgency is paramount since every day that goes by with the interventions remain unchecked hastens the rate at which the civilization approaches its collapse. /END
