New York's top court has removed a state judge who was convicted of DWI, tried to use her position to get out of it, was sentenced to jail, presided over the arraignment of a former client, and made "undignified" comments to people in court, and some other things.

Can you still be a judge if you're incarcerated?
Apparently, in New York, you can.

Another one: A New York City judge was ordered removed because, among other things, he threw out two civil cases after lawyers said "okay" in response to witness' answers to their questions. He also made "impatient, discourteous and undignified remarks to lawyers."
